Summer 2018: SLO Summer Music Concerts

Concerts in the Plaza

Kicking off June 8th and running through September 4th, Concerts in the Plaza is a favorite for visitors and locals alike. Every Friday night during the series, crowds gather to listen to the talented musicians that come to play in beautiful Mission Plaza. Musical genres vary from electronic to gypsy rock, jazz to folk. Concerts are held from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and are free to the public. Beer and wine are available for purchase, as well as Woodstock’s Pizza, or you can grab a bite to eat at a nearby restaurant. Come out and sway along to the melody with friends and family in the summer air.

SLO Brew

SLO Brew is an ideal location for a fun night out – grab a cold beer and enjoy a concert while you’re there. This trendy restaurant/bar hosts an intimate concert setting while serving up delicious eats and locally made brew.

SLO Brew: The Rock

Located on the outskirts of SLO, this happening spot is great option complete with a taproom restaurant and outdoor beer garden.

Fremont Theater

SLO’s iconic Fremont Theater, nestled in the heart of Downtown San Luis Obispo, has been providing top notch entertainment for over 75 years. Catch a show to experience this beautiful venue.

Performing Arts Center

Located on the Cal Poly campus, the state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center (PAC) offers guests a world-class concert experience. This massive venue lends itself to convenient parking and great seating, plus every seat in the house gets an incredible view of the local and international entertainment.
